Wedding Photography Portfolio Builder – 1 day
“You can’t get work without a portfolio, but you can’t get a portfolio without work”
This day aims to solve just that problem, which every new wedding photographer faces. Understandably, no one will trust you to capture their big day without feeling confident you’ll do a good job by seeing your work.
During the day, we’ll spend time with several models at a variety of locations so that you’ll leave with a large collection of images to demonstrate your abilities. We have a minimum of two brides and one groom on every portfolio day, as well as all the little details like champagne, flowers and rings so that you can shoot a wide range of material.
We start the day in the grounds at Bisham Abbey, then attend a local church to shoot both inside and outside. The challenges of low-light photography are examined with equipment, shooting and lighting tips provided all the way.
